But I heard Damien Rice's "9 Crimes" on Jay Leno tonight, and I was impressed. After reading reviews, I've heard track 1 is the high point (no real surprise there, I guess), and that a lot of music on his other CDs is dark and heavy.
I'm not jonesin' for dark and heavy, even if it is melodic in a folksy kind of way.
I think I'm trying to talk myself out of buying the CD.
